The ineluctable difficulty is that any meeting place will be far from someone.
I am coming from Bangkok because I was able to work out the scheduling
long ahead and use a free stop en route to Boston to attend.
Sorry you won't be with us, Rick, but we understand. Just keep plugging on
OS/2!
