Help pls

>From time to time I run into the problem that I move from office with
wifi to home by suspending the thinkpad.  When I awaken machine
at home with the ethernet card, I have lost my domain name server
e.g.

How might I input the ip address of the new server at the new location, without
rebooting the machine?  (For both W2K and eCS pls)
