FWIW, I'm using the VPCAPP driver with my 2915 card, and it does not seem to interfere with GenMAC's proper reading of the ID string. That said, I do not recall whether I tried the new BIOS with or without VPCAPP loaded, so I would have to check to see if it makes a difference, there. Good luck with your reconfig. We'll be anxiously awaiting news. -- Lewis ------------------------------------------------------------ Lewis G Rosenthal, CNA, CLP, CLE Rosenthal & Rosenthal, LLC Accountants / Network Consultants New York / Northern Virginia www.2rosenthals.com eComStation Consultants www.ecomstation.com Novell Users Int'l www.novell.com/openenterpriseserver Need a managed Wi-Fi hotspot? www.hautspot.com ------------------------------------------------------------
