FWIW, your mileage may vary... Al H The non-relocatable files were possibly the hibernation files. Jan (the author of DFSee) warned me about these a while ago when I had a similar problem. What you have to do is disable hibernation, run a disk defrag under windoze and then resize the partition. Cheers/2 Ed.
