Not really. Can safely be done from an eCS Dos window/fullscreen.

I wonder why it didn't appear to work then ... Perhaps the Cisco card was in the slot - but since this is purely a patch, that "shouldn't have" caused a problem.

I wonder if there is more than one version of the 1802patch out there ?

The one I used is as follows:

 > 27/09/06  17:51      40019         360  1802PTCH.EXE

Obviously the date and time is when I downloaded it from the web, but the size and ea size may validate that we are using the same program.
