usbuhcd.sys is indeed USB 1.1.  Many 2.0 devices will work with it but at the slower speeds.
Yes, if they are USB1.1 compatible. If not, the questions is wether usbehcd.sys is good enough or isn't.  Alas we are at our own to sort it out. (-:
