Well, I was actually not aware that usbuhcd.sys is USB1.1, as I had it work just fine with countless 2.0 devices on my T42p.
Maybe yours is an older driver version??
Sure they aren't. After all the latest at www.ecomstation.com is the latest if not the last. The latest are from 21-12-05, a few days before IBM ditched finally OS/2.

But after all, the issue is whether these USB 2.00 devices are USB1.1 compatible or not. If they are, you can be practically sure they will work eCS. If not, the problem is whether USBEHCD.Sys is good enough or isn't. By using eCS we are just at our own. (-:

I never had any issues with the fingerprint reader on my T42p.
But the infrared was always a sore loser on all my post A31p TPs.
Well, I never had any problems with infrared. :-)

So yeah, now its my turn (again) :-( :-(

The pain & pleasures of OS/2 cruising.
Be aware today it  is about  eCS cruising or no cruising at all. :-)
