I see the minimum plan from skycasters is $149/month plus $899 for equipment
plus $400 for installation. Personally, I do use VPN, so I'd be screwed if I
used the cell phone data service.

But for surfing the internet and e-mail, the data plan would probably work
pretty well -- IF you have decent cell signal at your location.
