Hello Hakan,
I have been using the Sierra 5220 card with Verizon's Broadband service here in the U.S. It seems to work pretty well. The speed is about half way between dial-up and broadband. I am using a driver provided by Steven Levine and Mark Abramowitz.
I have been working on an article for OS2Voice, but my work schedule has been interfering with that pretty badly.
I have no idea what is available in Europe.
