I to am trying to print wireless on a LAN through the IBM High-Rate PCMCIA card to a HP 6P which is physically hooked to a LINKSYS Wireless -G print server.

So here is where I am so far. The TP-42 P is wireless in OS2 through the IBM PCMCIA card... The printer is wireless through the LINKSYS Print server. But I see nothing in Printer Setup that gives me the option of connecting to a network printer or specifying and IP to print to.

Lastly, what is an lpr printer driver? I did set up an slpr port for a printer but do not understand the settings yet. Is that the key?

Hi,

I tried something else and that works very good. The company SEH (www.seh.de) makes printservers which are also wirelesss. Put the card in the 
printer and if you already have a wireless access point it works very well. In os/2 make a printer object which prints to lpr printer driver. 
I only need a bit of electricity for the printer nothing else.
