Hi Peter
Thanks for your feedback and the hint to SEH.DE ;-)
In the meantime I was partially successfull and
with 2 DLink DP-311P I connected
- a Canon BJc-6100, working perfect from OS/2 and WIN XPP ;-))
- a HP LJ 1320, not working from OS/2 nor from WIN XPP ;-((
One more positive experience:
Even Canon's feature of autostarting and stopping again after 10 mins
with a print in the queue is supported perfectly ;-)))
Both the printers got identified properly in their respective settings !
Now I have to search & find, why the HP isn't doing ;-|
Perhaps you or the group is having another hint !?
TIA for any suggestions !
Albert
BTW to the group:
Recently there was a DLink DWL-520+ PCi card mentioned !
I accidentally deleted these postings, sorry ;-(
Could you please name me the exact item once more please ?
Is DLink DWL-520+ correct ??
TIA for your efforts and help ;-)
