Just a quick reply.
OS/2 can only use dhcp on one lan adapter.
I think you have lano wired and lan1 wireless?
If you disable lan0 with:
dhcpmon -l
dhcpmon -t
ifconfig lan0 down
and fire up lan1 (wlan widget or something else) it must work.
