I have no idea, and Google just seems to turn up a couple links on forum.dlink.de, but not directly related to the DWL-700AP. In general, I have found that higher channels tend to give me a bit more punch than lower ones, particularly when I have walls and such in line of site. However, this may just be my experience. It's more a matter of who's using what channels around you and trying to find a channel which does not overlap (1, 6, and 11 are non-overlapping here in the States; in the UK, you should have from 1-13, but still, you're stuck with only three which are completely "overlap-free"). Here's a neat link I jus t dredged up. hopefully, some of the links on the page may come in handy for you (I'll explore them a bit myself, when I have a moment): http://www.ja.net/development/wireless/enduser.html Cheers.
