I use the IBM Prism driver on one of my desktops and it has always 
worked great.  I don't know anything about the XWLan since I had always 
used the IBM WiFi Drivers which use WiFiState program so XWLan isn't 
needed and I believe, but not sure, that XWLan can't support the IBM 
Drivers.
