I would get it to work by itself first before adding the complexity of XWLan into the mix.  Are you using the IBM Prism driver?


hi sam....yes I had it working. and yes I am using the IBM drivers. Also for some strange reason sound is not working now either. Not getting loaded at boot time.

Ideas?

I use the IBM Prism driver on one of my desktops and it has always worked great.  I don't know anything about the XWLan since I had always used the IBM WiFi Drivers which use WiFiState program so XWLan isn't needed and I believe, but not sure, that XWLan can't support the IBM Drivers.
