X-List-Unsubscribe: Send email to mailusers-request@2rosenthals.com X-List-Owner: mailusers-owner@2rosenthals.com Hello all, I have been playing little with genmac and wlan and i noticed some strange things: (I have a thinkpad with intel 2100 and NIC) when the genmac driver is set in MPTS with tcp/ip only I get that config.sys is used by another process and can not be written, what could that mean? I installed a few time from the start (eCS1.2MR) but sooner or later this is the case. (I use also FAT32, NTFS and UNIAUD) I try to rem all of them and it seemed to work(config.sys OK), then I unremed one after another, but the problem is that I can not pinpoint what is the connection between them, it looks like random, but that can not be. Wlan shows in hotspots the other wlan present but the connect button is disabled. Signal OK and the connection works with win(ad hoc 2 PCs) The other PC run winXP with Cisco Air350 PCI card. I tried to connect with: scan, ssid from genmac\bin but no luck. Any ideas what to try/test?
