A visual compare of the two files shows no difference. A "Compare" using FileStar/2 reports that there are differences of 20 versus 3d early in the file. I replaced the .nif on ecs 1.1 with the .nif from 1.2 and fired up MPTS and it didn't crash. There is a problem in the IBMPRISM.exe at ecomstation.
