I installed a clean install of eCS 1.2 on a new partition on my system a couple of days ago, and MPTS does not crash on that OS when adding IBMPRISM. BLDLEVEL shows the same as yours below for ibmlxcfg.dll on the 1.2 system as well as on my updated 1.1 system. Some other problem. The IBMPRISM on my 1.1 system was downloaded from ecomstation. The .os2 file has the same date stamp and size as the one installed with 1.2 media refresh. The .nif files are different, however. I'll try to find out what is different in them.
