It's a before Warpstock Dresden denied and at Warpstock Dresden agknowledged "feature" of mpts.
There is a way around by deleting as much *.nif files as you can (meaning, those for ISA cards, token ring etc...)
Christian H has taken the data on and of this phenomena, but he doesn't expect a solution anytime soon (if ever).
