Subject: [OS2Wireless] Genmac inconsistency

I have noticed that the Genmac driver does not properly report the
upload ip statistics.  This is readily noticable in the xcenter IP
monitor, among others.  Apparently the IP implementation is incomplete.
 Might this be part of the reason when we get the 'IP disabled' message
in the WLAN widget?
