Problem can be reproduced with the genprism driver.
Some details:
[C:\] ifconfig lan0
lan0: flags=3Dbc62<BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,DEFMTU,MULTICAST,BRIDGE,SNA=
P,LOOPBRD>

Behaviour is the same with WEP on or off.
Behaviour is the same through a saved profile and through public hotspot.

It might be that Jan got a working network because dhcpstrt was run
somewhere in time (maybe from \mptn\bin\setup.cmd?).
If I run "dhcpstrt -i lan0 -d 5", I do get an IP address and
everything is fine from then. Only the status indicator of wxlan still
thinks the interface is disabled.

I'll bring this card to Dresden, too.
