Anyway, I went one step further with the Intel 2200 test, removed the NETBEUI and TCPBEUI as well as the IBMLAN stuff to have a pure and simple TCP/IP environment. I still get the IPE just after NETBIND starts ... Also, LANTRAN.LOG is empty at that point. One culprit could be the kernel, I am using 14.104a, while 14.103a seems to be the current eCS 1.2 one ... Note that I DID have a more or less working GENMAC 0.90 beta a few months ago, but that was with an older kernel ...
