Lewis' favorite wireless router: $40 after rebates, no clipping UPC codes and can be filed 
online. 

I picked up one of these for the synagogue, and it's become so dumbass to setup (I never 
opened the CD, and after reading the instructions, it would take 3 minutes with Windows to 
use this, about 5-10 with just the browser). Does WPA and WPA v2 even generates a too 
short WPA key for you. Naturally you will need a external device to handle the encryption 
for you on eCS. And if you have a RADIUS server laying around, you can use that too. 
DynDNS.ORG and NO-IP.ORG support built-in. Standard port forwarding, and filtering, but 
also QoS for gaming (keep the kids happy) or other packets based on ports. Antenna can be 
replaced and there are $40 upgraded ones that give you a 7db gain from Linksys.

One thing I don't like compared to my SMC unit is that the firewall is not tweakable, and 
I didn't see where it sends email to you warning that you are being attacked/hacked.

These complaints may be unwarranted as this box is apparently one of the most hacked and 
most popular to modify. There are multiple firmware available, and since the 125mhz MIPS 
processor in it, is running Linux (I've seen several builds for it of various linux 
flavors), you may be able to roll your own.
