When I used the old IBM Cisco 340 driver I had to try several different combinations of IRQ and Baseaddress before I got it to work.
Send me an email and I can send you the last beta Cisco 340/350 driver that works with XWLan. The old IBM one on hobbes had problems with IRQ and base address conflicts, a problem I never had with the newer driver.
