Mark, I recently had some trouble with my IBM tri-mode card (31P9701; not on your list) not wanting to let the T30 boot (I got a "multiple ethernet devices detected" error...I've not seen that one before). There is currently no tri-mode OS/2 driver, but that should be changing soon, when GenMAC is released (everybody: please, no flames concerning the release of the GenMAC driver; it's coming, so please be patient). That said, I don't have any specifics available on which mPCI cards actually work, sorry.

92P7406 Cisco Aironet WiFi 802.11b Mini PCI by IBM* $29.50

Other than the 22P7701 that is listed for the T30 on IBM's
site, does anyone know which might actually work under OS/2?
TIA.
Best Regards,
