The nice thing about Citrix is that it runs on a completely different machine, and so no matter the load on the other box, the only real stress on the client is the single Citrix app (there are times, however, when the overhead of caching images from the session can be rather intensive; I tend to shy away from running too many streaming media apps in Citrix for this very reason). Also, some apps simply do not like to run (or install, as is usually the case) in a terminal session. -- Lewis ------------------------------------------------------------ Lewis G Rosenthal, CNA, CLE Rosenthal & Rosenthal, LLC Accountants / Network Consultants New York / Northern Virginia www.2rosenthals.com eComStation Consultants www.ecomstation.com Novell Users International www.novell.com/linux/truth Warpstock 2005 - Hershey, Pennsylvania, October 6-9, 2005 www.warpstock.org ------------------------------------------------------------ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to steward@2rosenthals.com with the command "unsubscribe os2-wireless_users" in the body (omit the quotes).
