You use a SIP device, correct?  Your calls have to be connected to the
regular POTS network somewhere before you reach a standard phone or a
cell phone and presumably you must pay for that portion of the call
even if the Internet part is "free."  With the SIP device whom do you
contract with and how much do you pay?
