Yes - I'm signed up with faktortel (www.faktortel.com.au)
I use Skype and I like the fact that it is absolutely free, but it's annoying that you have to have a Windows PC running all the time.
Well the advantage of the sipura type device is that you use your normal telephone and can dial ANY number - not just people who are running skype
