It was for my daughter's 600E runnng W2K; my cryptic notes at the time saved to
file read:

 insert Cisco 350
 download topmost wizard 12 mb to temp dir cisco.tmp
 self-unzip to  cisco.run
 remove and reinsert card to initiate process
 reboot
