I use XWLAN to switch between a wired and wifi connection - depending on me
moving the laptop from my office to the garden :-)

I have noticed that if I boot wired and then switch to wireless the default
route of the wired connections stays. So a netstat -r shows two default routes.
I then have to delete the old one. Going wifi to wired however works as
expected.
