Or, if Lewis were willing, perhaps we could propose that Willibald show this list in his documentation as the "official" source for help and Lewis would forward to Willibald (in pleasant language, of course)  only those questions which could not be answered using our collective brain power.  Also, if Lewis cannot, perhaps someone else could act as the go-between.

It would really be wonderful to bridge this gap.
