Indeed - I have one of each type, and the one with WiFi built in is a couple of millimetres wider - not obvious unless you offer them up against each other. And you'd need two antennae as well - if you have a T23 that wasn't designed for WiFi I think it's probably not a sensible mod. If you have one that is, and has the antennae installed, but which has the "wrong" WiFi card, there should be no problem in swapping the card for the "right" one.
