Howard, I think you are right. If I had the IBM part number, I'd put up an eBay
search for it. It's an mPCI card, and easily installable. But since I have a
lovely Cisco 350 PC card, I don't really need more.

If someone can confirm one of the following FRU's, it might be helpful:

91P7661
12P3657
26P8092
26P8160

Note that these are all listed as Mini-PCI 802.11b/v.92 modem combo cards for the T23.
As for the availability of 802.11b cards on eBay, it seems to be more and more
plentiful, not less. Just like good laptops for running eComStation, which seem
to grow more plentiful and cheaper. The T23 and T30 are quite good, and the T20
and T21 are very nicely priced.

Yes, and 802.11b is not going away anytime soon. Most Palm and PocketPC (Windows CE) devices with Wi-Fi are using 802.11b (in fact, I'm not aware of an 802.11g SDIO card).
It seems that these things are getting too old for some Windows users, and they
are dumping them.

Yep, because many (Windows users?) people think that the added speed (no, I know there's no "speed" difference, merely bandwidth...electrons all travel at the same speed) will increase their we browsing performance, even when their overburdened cable connections are down to 800Kbps. It's really funny, actually...
