I have to comment. I thought about getting one of these for the T23 that I use which did 
not come with wireless. To make this work, I believe, you have to not only have the 
mini-card, but be willing to replace the LCD frame with the one that holds the antennae. 
It's not a job for the faint of heart, and IBM suggests leaving all LCD repairs to them 
unlike keyboards and HD failures.
