It's still happening.

After travelling for 3 weeks using the wireless without any problems, the
last night out we were at a Hampton inn that didn't have wireless in the
rooms, so I used their wired connection.

Now back at home (where I run wired almost all the time) XWLan throws up
an error box (when I am connected to the wired network):

WLAN  common

The TP/IP address assigned to the interface of the wireless LAN device
conflicts with the address assigned to interface lan0 (the wired
interface).

Press Yes to disable lan0, No to anul the configuration of the interface
of the wireless LAN device.

Pressing either Yes or No makes the box go away, but the wired connection
is not active until I run my wired.cmd script.

XWLan profile is set to "home" with the ssid of my WAP.  Deactivate radio
on startup (it's not plugged in anyhow).  TCPIP is set to lan1  (and
there's a warning message about using IP configuration inside Wireless Lan
Monitor on any other IP interface).

???

Additional info:

1.   If I boot the laptop with no connection, there's no cuss msg.

2.  If I run my wired.cmd the connection is established with no problems.
