AS far as I know, you can't. I have one of those, used it with a Thinkpad A20p for a while. WPA encryption is NOT supported by the OS/2 drivers for that card. I think it could do WEP-64 (perhaps 128), but I never used that either. I think the only way to get it communicating is to downlevel the security level in the AP, but that may be inacceptable ...
