Julian, when you have occasion at some point, you might want to try my cell phone voicemail. My announcement is so long - on purpose - that it cuts down on all but the most necessary of messages. I think government works under the same philosophy (remember, I still make a postion of my income as an accountant...I deal with mupltiple part IRS forms regularly...). ;-)
