According to Steven Levine the error is in:

Analyzing Call Gate ...
is in a 32 bit call gate: 0148:00006146 OS2KRNL DOSIDEVIOCTL

[C:\]INETVER
Version numbers of TCP/IP protocol drivers:
   SOCKETS.SYS: 6.3100
   AFOS2.SYS:   6.3100
   AFINET.SYS:  6.3100

I have found that if I close WLAN after I connect to an access point I do not
get the trap E.  If I leave WLAN running the trap occurs.
