I have not been able to get wlanstst.exe to show me any of the SSIDs for the
any wireless hubs in my neighborhood. Also I can not get it to connect to any
of them and one is an unsecured network.

Yes but what I am trying to do is connect a laptop to another wireless network.
XWLAN does not show me any of the SSIDs or connect to any other wireless
network.

1. I shutdown OS/2 on my laptop
2. I turn off the power to my wireless hub on my gateway machine.
3. I boot OS2 on my laptop
4. I try to connect to an unsecured wireless network that I have made a
profile for (the profile has an SSID).
5. The information shown by wlanstst.exe shows the profile I selected but has
the SSID of my home system which is not what I entered into the profile and it
does not connect.
