That was my reply.  Every once in a while the Motel Router won't give 
OS/2 a lease so I have to boot to Windoze to get the router, dns and ip 
address.  After manually configuring I can then connect just fine.  I 
haven't had to do this in a year or two though.

But last month I was in a Holiday Inn and I got a lease but the router 
and the IP I got were on two different networks so OS/2 wouldn't work 
but Windoze would.  I had to manually configure OS/2 and change the 
subnet mask to a 24 bit mask and it then worked fine.  Strange.
