I am trying to set up wireless for the first time and want it to be ready when
I leave for Europe in about 4 weeks.

I have a T41 with a Linksys wireless PC card and am using the GENPRISM drivers.
XWLAN is was set up as a desktop object not a XCenter widget. If XWLAN
connects I can see an SSID.

If I turn off my wireless hub XWLAN scans for a connection using the profiles I
have created but I have not been able to get it to connect to any other network.
How do you create a profile that will connect to any available unsecure network?
