Kris, your problem has nothing to do with Mozilla or Firefox's prefs.js 
setting, so replying to my message like this really makes no sense. 
Let's see if we can puzzle through what's going on with your setup...

Do you have any MAC filtering enabled which would prevent the MAC 
address of the Cisco card from being granted access off the LAN?

In XWLAN (and PROTOCOL.INI), which card is configured as LAN0, LAN1, 
LAN2, etc?

When you switch cards, I'm assuming you tell XWLAN to switch to the 
other interface (LAN2, etc.).
