I currently live out in the boonies so I always figured that when I see a cow or donkey with a wireless laptop then I'll start worrying a little more about security. Well we will soon have allot more people living around our place. So I guess I need to take wireless security more serious. How secure is MAC address filtering? It seems to me that this would be the perfect way to keep people out of my network. But not many people use this method for securing their network or at least it isn't talked about much. Does anyone care to elaborate on the pro's and con's of Mac address filtering?
