Thanks to Peter Verweij I have continued playing and in fact you can get away
with one ibmlan.ini.
I *think* my problem was because I was trying to get NETBIOS on both adapters -
it definitely did not like that. I still have NETBIOS together with NETBIOS
over TCP on LAN0 but LAN1 only has the latter and it does work with one
ibmlan.ini.
I think someone else said you can only bind NETBIOS to ONE adapter. This would
bear that out.
