1.2R won't be enough. You might have a chance with the genmac driver,
although I don't know by heart whether it'll support your exact card.
Get it at ftp://www.netlabs.org/pub/genmac/genmac100.zip
Then, add the update from ftp://netlabs:rulez@ftp.netlabs.org/ndis/genmac16.zip
To configure it, get the xwlan tool at http://wlan.netlabs.org/
