This probably means that there is only one instance of TCP/IP (e.g.
one network card with TCP/IP configured). Either the driver of one of
the NICs doesn't load at all, or in MPTS only one adapter has TCP/IP
bound to it.
I went back to MPTS and GenMAC had lost it's protocols. I added them and it is now back as above. 8139 loads with a cable error because the cable is disconnected. GenMAC loads without an error and there is no DHCP error.
NETSTAT -a returns nothing.
Requester fails.
