IBMLAN.INI is not correlated to native TCP/IP apps like Mozilla.

For Mozilla to work, TCP/IP shout do it's thing.
You can enter this:
[C:\] netstat -a
to see whether each interface has an IP address assigned. "Interface
0" should be the Realtek interface, "Interface 1" should be the GenMac
interface.

(Do you use XWLAN?)
