Meyer & C. > Langanke!) under ECS 1.2. I am have an Intel PRO 2100 > To my surprise I find that Peer doesn't work, while TCP/IP works > perfectly well. The requester exits with error code NET3060 ("The > service did not respond to a control signal and was stopped with the > DosKillProc function"). I have the same problem. The first time I installed the requester would start and peer would work on the wired LAN but not on the wireless. Someone suggested I switch from NETBIOS to NETBIOS over TCP. When I switched then the requester would not start so I switched back to NETBIOS but the requester still will not start. As a test I replaced the GENMAC driver with the IBMNUL driver. With the IBMNUL driver the requester will start and work properly over the wired LAN. Replacing the IBMNUL driver with the GENMAC driver so I have wireless connections brings the problem back. So at this point I have wireless access to the internet but can not connect to my gateway machine for the shared files and printer. -- Robert Blair =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to steward@2rosenthals.com with the command "unsubscribe os2-wireless_users" in the body (omit the quotes).
