I suspect AR0.MSG came with the artem driver

It does.

.  You need to make sure it
can be found in DPATH.

As there are no instructies to put it at a specific location I just had put it in \ ibmcom\macs.

anyway, now it says:

IBM OS/2 LANMSGDD [08/01/02] 6.00 is loaded and operational.
ARLTNDIS_NIF is loaded and operational.
IBM OS/2 LAN Netbin

Just wondering.  Is this the same card as Mensys supplies?

 

Bought it at Mensys 2 years ago.

You might try adding /V in case there's something useful to report.

 

/V switch doesn't trigger additional information apparently.

Yep. Status OK and ready. btw: I had to disable com.sys to free an irq.    

Humm.  I'm surprised the driver would not share an IRQ.

Apparently it doesn't. But it could well be more a T41 issue than anything else.

 IRQ3 should be
fine for now.
