Based on what I read on os2warp.be, you should be using the artem driver. Of course, this assumes you are using the same card, so perhaps you shouldIt's the latest not official but so called mandatory version of the driver.

When you insert the card, does Socket Services recognize you have a NICYep. Status OK and ready. btw: I had to disable com.sys to free an irq. The card is at IRQ 3 now. There is an option in mpts to set to no polling, but doesn't work coz if set so there is no OK-ready status.
